Visions Editions is run by James Ambrose (ABN 99 380 427 834) from the Gold Coast, Queensland. You can reach us at hello@visionseditions.com.

Orders and pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars. We're not registered for GST, so no GST is included or charged. We may change prices or products from time to time, but you'll always pay the price shown when you place your order. If we're unable to fulfil an order, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Made to order
Each frame is made after you order. Timber is a natural material, so grain and tone will vary slightly from frame to frame, and colours may look a little different on different screens.

Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as you can. Once production has started, we're unable to cancel the order.

What’s included
Frames come without a photo or artwork unless you add a photo print. Images on this site are for display only.

Photo prints
On Still and Bias, you can upload a photo and we’ll print it at 10 × 15cm and place it in the mat before your frame is sent. The mat covers about 2mm around each edge. If your photo is too low in resolution to print well, we’ll email you before we print it. Please only upload photos you have the right to print.

Hanging
Please use wall fixings suited to your wall and the weight of the frame.

All images, text and designs on this site belong to Visions Editions. Please don't use them without our permission.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not responsible for indirect loss arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
