How long does delivery take?
Every frame is made to order. Delivery is free and arrives within two weeks, anywhere in Australia. We don't ship overseas yet.
Where's my order?

It arrived damaged. What now?
Take photos of the damage and email them with your order number to hello@visionseditions.com, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the packaging until we've sorted it. We'll repair, replace or refund it.
What fits inside?
Still and Bias hold a 10 × 15cm photo, the shape of most phone and camera photos. We can print yours for $30 and fit it before it ships. Bare has no cutout, so it takes anything flat up to approximately 30 × 30cm.
Does it come ready to hang?
Yes. Sawtooth hangers are fitted on the back, for portrait or landscape. Wall hooks aren't included. The heaviest frame weighs about 1.5kg, so use a hook rated for at least that.
How do I add my own photo?
If we printed your photo, it arrives fitted, so there's nothing to do. Adding your own? Walnut, Teak and Merlot open from the back with no tools. Chrome opens from the side and takes about five minutes with two screwdrivers. Step by step on Hanging & Care.
Is the fine line at the Chrome corners normal?
Yes. Chrome corners meet rather than being fused, so a fine hairline may show where two sides come together. It won't affect how the frame holds or hangs. If you open it, press the sides together as you tighten each corner screw to keep it neat.
